Stop CPU Frequency Jumps
In that eerie atmosphere, my Ryzen 5 5600's frequency was a joke, jumping wildly between 3.6GHz and 4.4GHz and causing constant micro-stutters. I first tried disabling all power-saving options in the BIOS, but my idle temps spiked to 60℃ without fixing a single stutter. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force High Performance mode and set the game to high priority. FrameView showed the frame interval converged to 11-14ms, and HWiNFO64 confirmed temps stable at 65-72℃. Now it's buttery smooth.
