My Gloway DDR5 6000 is triggering power-limit throttling in high-quality scenes in Neverness to Everness, can I fix this?

This RAM and my motherboard were basically fighting each other; my core clocks would suddenly dive from 5.0GHz to 3.2GHz, which was almost comical. The VRM temps were hitting 85-92℃, triggering a hard thermal throttle that sent my FPS bouncing between 40 and 90. I tried capping the CPU at 65W, but I lost 15% of my performance—not an option. Instead, I rigged two small spot fans over the VRMs and bumped the power limit to 120W in the BIOS. HWInfo showed the VRM temps dropping to 72-78℃, and clocks stabilized at 4.6-4.9 GHz. At first, the fan curve sounded like a vacuum cleaner in my room, but I tweaked the gradients until it was tolerable. CPU is now 75-82℃ with fans at 2200-2500 RPM. I exported the logs to confirm the power curve is flat, though the noise is still a bit distracting.
