MGSV CPU Frequency Tuning
It's ironic that in a stealth game, my motherboard's power wall turned the action into a slideshow, with clocks jumping between 4.2GHz and 2.1GHz. I tried Maximum Performance drivers, but CPU temps spiked to 94℃ and fans roared while clocks still dropped. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock High Performance and raised the BIOS power limit from 65W to 105W. GamePP Performance confirmed stable 4.0-4.2GHz clocks, and AIDA64 showed temps at 82-88℃ with fans at 2200-2400RPM.
