Managing Fanxiang S910PRO 2TB virtual memory in MGSV?

Running this old game on a PCIe 5.0 drive is like using a supercar on a dirt road—insanely fast but wildly unstable. When loading high-res assets, disk load hovered between 80% - 95% via GamePP, causing some absolutely ridiculous frame drops. I tried the BIOS power-saving mode first, but that was a joke; it stabilized the speed but added 5 seconds to loading. I'm not that desperate. I went into the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config, bumped the queue depth to 128, and locked the virtual memory to a fixed 16GB size. CrystalDiskMark showed random 4K reads jumping from 40-50 MB/s to 60-72 MB/s, and the crashes basically stopped.
