Memory Latency Reduction
In such a high-atmosphere game, it was infuriating when the screen froze for fractions of a second every time I turned around to observe the surroundings. I tried setting all graphics to the absolute lowest settings; while FPS increased by 15, those memory-induced stutters remained.
