Fixing MGS Delta Micro-Stutter
It's ridiculous that a top-tier 6800MHz memory kit would give me micro-stutters during stealth segments. I first tried increasing virtual memory to 64GB, but this only increased disk I/O pressure without fixing the latency, which was incredibly frustrating. I used the GamePP Memory Calibration Tool to tighten the primary timings from 32-40-40-84 to 30-36-36-78 and bumped the voltage to 1.42V via HWiNFO64. MemTest86 showed errors dropping from 8 per hour to 0, and AIDA64 confirmed temperatures stable at 58-64℃.
