Reducing Scheduling Latency

In a game where stealth is everything, a single micro-stutter means being spotted by the enemy—it was absolutely maddening. I tried disabling all power-saving options in the BIOS, but CPU temps hit 90℃ per AIDA64 while the stutters remained, leaving me feeling powerless. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process to real-time priority and disabled three background services. Frame time analysis showed a smooth curve stable at 12-16ms per RTSS, with CPU temps at 65-72℃ per AIDA64 and memory at 12-14GB via Task Manager.
