How to fix screen freezes when zooming in Manor Lords?

It's ironic that in a slow simulation game, zooming into my village causes the screen to freeze for fractions of a second. I tried installing the game on different SSD partitions, but the stutters occurred regardless of the drive. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the depth to 2048 and enabled write cache flush. Now, 4K random reads improved to 65-72MB/s per CrystalDiskMark, with Southbridge temps at 54-60℃ per HWMonitor and GPU temps at 60-78℃ per GamePP.
