Why does Manor Lords stutter during construction with Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM?

I was annoyed by frame rate fluctuations while building in Manor Lords. I tried enabling XMP, but it caused Blue Screen restarts, which was a pain. GamePP Hardware Sensor Monitor showed voltage fluctuating between 1.35V and 1.40V. I locked the voltage to 1.38V to stabilize the frequency. AIDA64 stress tests confirmed frame stability. MemTest86 showed zero errors over three cycles. Memory temperature stayed at 42-48℃. I can now export my stable settings without worry.
