Fixing CPU Frequency Drops
During peak combat, every massive explosion caused a sudden 0.6s freeze, breaking my flow. I tried limiting max turbo boost to 4.2GHz to avoid drops, but average FPS fell from 105 to 82, which felt like a pathetic compromise. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to enable Extreme Performance mode and disabled C-state saving. AIDA64 confirmed voltage stabilized at 1.20V (range 1.18-1.22V), and HWMonitor showed fan speed stable at 1300RPM with temps at 66-73℃.
