Stop GTA VI Power Drops
It was ironic that a new card was being throttled by a power wall in the city center, turning the game into a slideshow. I tried 'Maximum Performance' in the drivers, but the card hit 88℃ per Driver Monitor and the fans sounded like a helicopter while the frequency still dropped. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system in high-performance mode and bumped the BIOS power limit by 10%. HWiNFO64 confirmed the frequency stabilized at 2.4-2.6 GHz, and AIDA64 showed temperatures at 78-84℃ with a voltage offset of -0.015V per Voltage Monitor.
