How to optimize power stability for GTA V on Jginyue B760M Gaming D4?

The power delivery on this board is basically a tightrope walk. As soon as FiveM loads a few extra plugins, the whole system just reboots. I noticed the Vcore voltage on the Jginyue B760M Gaming D4 was swinging by as much as 0.12V during peak loads, which is insane, especially in the middle of the city with other players. I tried disabling all power-saving options in Windows, but that just pushed the CPU to 95°C and caused a thermal shutdown—totally the wrong move. I ended up capping the max turbo boost at 4.6GHz in the BIOS and set the Load-Line Calibration to Level 3. In OCCT, the voltage drop shrank from 120mV to about 40mV. I did have a weird issue where the game froze on the loading screen for ten minutes after the first cap, but reloading the XMP profile fixed it. CPU temps are now 68°C - 76°C and the MOS temps are 72°C - 78°C. I exported the voltage jump logs to verify everything, and the fans are humming along steadily at 1400-1600RPM.
