How to fix simulation stutters in Frostpunk 2 on Ryzen 5 5600?

My Frostpunk 2 city kept freezing during complex simulations. The AMD Ryzen 5 5600 was bottlenecked. I tried adding more RAM, but the stuttering continued. It was frustrating. I used GamePP Resource Scheduler. I adjusted the thread priority to Optimized and tweaked the power plan. GamePP Benchmark Test confirmed a 20% improvement in simulation speed. HWiNFO showed the CPU temp stayed at 60-65℃. The planning phase is finally fluid and responsive.
