How to optimize FCLK for Ryzen 7 9800X3D in FF7 Rebirth?
It's a joke that a top-tier X3D chip would drop frames in these scenes. While the 3D V-Cache is a beast, at extreme memory frequencies, the FCLK bus and memory controller had a 0.1% chance of desyncing, which tanked my minimums to 25 FPS.
