Fixing System I/O Congestion
The freezes during scene transitions were maddening; the screen would just lock up for 2 seconds before jumping forward. I tried installing the game on different partitions to spread the load, but since it was the same physical drive, it was useless and actually added 2 seconds to load times. I accessed the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, locked the depth at 512, and disabled disk indexing. The Performance Analyzer showed random read latency dropped to 8-12ms, and HWiNFO64 confirmed temperatures stayed between 40-55℃.
