Can I fix AC Valhalla stuttering by changing priorities?

Man, this RAM frequency felt like it was putting my CPU to sleep. Getting a massive frame drop right in the middle of a raid is just peak frustration. The Crucial 4800MHz kit was hitting over 85% bandwidth utilization during heavy NPC logic, causing instruction queues to lag by 20-40ms. I tried killing all environmental details, but the game looked like a pixelated mess, which was a non-starter. I eventually switched XMP to manual in the BIOS, tweaked the voltage to 1.25V, and tightened tRFC to 480 cycles. My monitoring panel showed latency stabilizing at 75-82ns, and the stuttering frequency plummeted. I actually black-screened the system three times because I accidentally set the frequency to 4400MHz before finding the sweet spot. RAM temps are now 48-55℃ and CPU usage is around 65-75%. I exported the memory error logs via Event Viewer to confirm the fix, and the fans are humming steadily at 1400-1600RPM.
