WoW Driver Conflict Fix
Frame times jumped to 45ms during raids. Disabling the camera broke my stream. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection to set Razer Synapse to manual. RivaTuner confirmed frame time at 7-12ms and Task Manager showed 65-72% CPU.
