Smoothing Out City Crowds

Occasional micro-stutters in WoW felt like finding grains of sand on silk—very distracting when navigating crowded cities. I tried disabling all power-saving options in Windows; while CPU frequency locked, the micro-stutters persisted. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Guide to switch to L3 mode and set VCCSA to 1.26V. RTSS showed frame times stabilized at 14-18ms from irregular spikes, and HWiNFO confirmed voltage at 1.26V with memory temps at 48-54℃.
