Why are map loading times so slow in Where Winds Meet open world?

Loading times spiked when exploring the island. I tried overclocking VRAM to 2400MHz, but the system blue-screened. I accessed the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page and increased VRAM frequency from 2000MHz to 2200MHz. 3DMark stress test showed a stable score of 18000. GamePP Hardware Sensor Page confirmed VRAM usage stabilized in the 75%-80% range, eliminating the read delays during map switches.
