My CPU frequency keeps dipping in large Starfield stations with the AK500 ARGB. Is it thermal throttling?

While exploring massive space stations, my frame rate would jump randomly between 60 and 45 FPS, which was a visual disaster. The GamePP Hardware Sensor Page showed that the DeepCool AK500 ARGB efficiency dropped after an hour of play, with CPU temps lingering at 82℃ - 88℃, triggering clock speed dips. I tried lowering the graphics settings to ease the load, but the visual loss was too great and the temps stayed above 80℃—it didn't touch the root cause. I went into the GamePP Fan Curve Config Panel and changed the curve from linear to a stepped profile, forcing the max 2200 RPM at 85℃.
