Is the ML360 SUB-ZERO throttling in Ratchet & Clank?
During high-speed rift jumps, the screen would occasionally twitch, and it was way too obvious at 4K. I opened the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page and saw the ML360 SUB-ZERO was hitting 76°C - 82°C in AIDA64; it wasn't hitting the limit, but the clocks were definitely fluttering. I tried lowering the in-game shadow quality first, but the stutters stayed, which proved this was a CPU thermal management issue rather than a GPU bottleneck. I then went into the GamePP Fan Curve Config Panel and bumped the 80°C fan speed from 70% to 90%. In the RTSS frame time analyzer, the spread shrank from 7-14ms to a tight 7-10ms, and the drops completely vanished.
