How do I stop frame time spikes in Palworld combat on Maxsun B850M Terminator?

Palworld group battles were a mess. Frame times jumped from 8ms to 38ms due to thermal throttling on my Maxsun B850M Terminator. I tried fixing fan speed in BIOS, but temps still spiked. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to increase fan speed from 1000 to 1600 RPM. I also adjusted the startup speed to 800 RPM to reduce noise. RivaTuner confirmed frame times converged to 7-11ms. CPU usage stayed at 62-70%, and the combat feels fluid now.
