How to fix Manli Star Interstellar RTX 5080 driver conflict causing screen tearing in Pacific Drive?

Screen tearing ruined my Pacific Drive immersion. I tried updating the driver, but it caused a blue screen. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection to identify issues, then used DDU to clean uninstall the driver and install the official version. RivaTuner showed frame time dropped from 20-35 ms to 10-12 ms. This verified the fix, restoring smooth visuals.
