Fixing Pacific Drive Latency
While driving through fog-shrouded areas, the crosshair would jump slightly during turns, a millisecond-level delay that ruined my precision. I first tried enabling Windows Game Mode; while CPU scheduling improved, the memory-level instruction latency remained, making me very cautious. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Guide to tighten the primary timings and increase voltage from 1.1V to 1.15V via BIOS Monitor. RivaTuner showed frame times converging to 8-14ms, and MemTest86 confirmed zero errors after three cycles.
