How do I fix VRAM overheating and FPS drops in Nioh 2 with my RTX 5070 Ti?

My Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti was dropping to 48 FPS in Nioh 2 due to VRAM heat. I tried maxing the fan speed, but it didn't help the thermal bottleneck. I needed to check the sensors. I opened the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page and switched power management to High Performance. 3DMark stress tests showed VRAM temps stabilizing at 70-75°C.
