Why is my mouse response delayed during parries in Naraka?

During precise parries, I felt a strange stickiness in the mouse pointer, a tiny delay that is absolutely fatal in competitive matches. I first tried disabling mouse acceleration in Windows, but it had zero effect on the latency. I then used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to set redundant background sync services to manual and installed clean drivers. InputLag Tool confirmed latency stabilized at 6-10ms from 18-42ms, and HWInfo64 showed motherboard temperatures at 42-50℃.
