Solving VRM Overheating Issues
During long story progression, I noticed my frame rate slowly decline after two hours of play. I first tried opening the case side panel; while temps dropped by 5℃, dust entered rapidly and fan noise became chaotic, making it an unviable fix. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to increase front intake fans to 70% at 60℃. VRM temperatures dropped to 78-84℃ per HWInfo64, and Cinebench R23 loop tests confirmed a stable 4.1GHz frequency per AIDA64.
