How to fix 15ms micro-stutters during multi-player combat?

Facing swarms of mechanical creatures, even a 15ms micro-stutter caused my attacks to miss, making me overly cautious. I tried lowering texture quality, which made the graphics look extremely coarse, but the stutters persisted. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set memory priority to highest and fixed 16GB of virtual memory on the NVMe SSD. RTSS showed spikes dropped from 35ms to 18ms, and MemTest86 confirmed stability with memory temperatures at 42-48℃ per HWiNFO and fan speeds at 1200-1400RPM per System.
