Why does GTA VI crash during the main menu load on Valkyrie V360 Lite?

I observed a short power spike during loading that pushed CPU to 92-96℃ per HWiNFO, causing a total system hang due to the V360's 2-3s response delay. I tried setting fans to Full Speed in BIOS; it stopped the crashes, but the idle noise was like a helicopter, making it unusable. I used GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to raise the 50-65℃ range to 1200 RPM and shortened the response delay. HWiNFO showed peak boot temps suppressed to 82-86℃, and AIDA64 confirmed steady temps of 65-72℃.
