Fixing Transient Throttling

In the realistic battlefields of Gray Zone, occasional micro-stutters felt like grains of sand on silk; AIDA64 showed a core delta of 12-18℃. I tried disabling all Windows power-saving options; while frequencies locked, the random micro-stutters persisted, making the attempt futile. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to raise the speed from 1200 to 1500 RPM and optimized airflow pressure. RTSS showed the jagged frame time curve smoothed out to 11-15ms, and HWMonitor confirmed CPU temperatures at 64-70℃.
