How do I fix lag in God of War: Ragnarök with Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6800MHz 16GB?

Loading Norse scenes in GoW Ragnarök felt laggy; RTSS showed intervals at 8.3-12.1ms. I tried clearing temp files, but the 8.2-10.8GB background usage (Task Manager) remained. I used GamePP Resource Scheduler to set Real-time priority and High Performance power plan. AIDA64 confirmed memory temps at 58-63℃, and RTSS locked intervals to 5.1-6.4ms. The immersion is finally back.
