How to fix FPS drops from 120 to 60 during Fortnite building battles?

During intense building battles in Fortnite, my FPS would drop from 120 to 60, making my movements feel unresponsive. I tried enabling Extreme Performance mode in BIOS, but memory temps hit 60℃ per HWiNFO, triggering thermal throttling. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to maximize memory access priority and increased virtual memory to 16GB. RTSS showed frame times stabilized at 8-14ms from 10-40ms, and memory temperature settled at 48-54℃ per HWiNFO while AIDA64 measured 80-110ns latency.
