How to stop screen tearing and jagged edges in Ghost of Dragon?

While riding through snow, distant ridgelines showed obvious jagged fluctuations, ruining the artistic vibe. I tried forcing anti-aliasing in the driver, but it caused weird ghosting instead of fixing the tearing, making me very cautious. I used the GamePP Image Sampling Calibrator to set FSR sharpening to 65 and optimize the sampling rate to 90%. Now, tearing disappeared per RivaTuner, GPU temperature remained at 60-66℃ per GPU-Z, and power draw increased by only 20W per HWInfo64.
