Stopping Virtual Memory Swap
I was carefully monitoring VRAM usage in the vast open world, as 8GB is incredibly tight for next-gen assets. I felt the game hitching constantly. I tried lowering texture quality in-game; the frame drops stopped, but the visual detail loss was unacceptable. I then used the GamePP Image Sampling Calibrator to set the render resolution to 90% and DLSS sharpening to 65%. This was the sweet spot: VRAM usage stabilized at 6.8-7.2GB per GPU-Z, frame times converged to 14-18ms per RTSS, and core temperatures stayed within 62-68℃ per AIDA64.
