Why does my GPU load drop suddenly when cornering at 300 km/h in F1 25?

While cornering at 300 km/h, a sudden frame drop occurred, which is almost fatal in a competitive racing sim. I tried a clean uninstall and reinstall of drivers using DDU, but the drops kept appearing randomly. I then used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection Tool and found a conflicting RGB lighting service. After disabling it, frame intervals converged to 7-11ms per RTSS, and GPU temperature remained at 68-75℃ per GPU-Z. I can finally hit those apexes without the game hitching.
