How to fix 1% low FPS drops in Elden Ring Shadow Realm?

In the complex forests of the Shadow Realm, I experienced frequent 1% low frame drops to 20 FPS per RTSS, ruining the combat flow. I tried lowering texture quality to medium, but while FPS rose by 5, the visuals became blurry and unsatisfying. I increased the memory frequency from 2666MHz to 3000MHz in BIOS. Minimum frames rose to 38 FPS per RTSS, and memory temperature stabilized at 42-46℃ per HWiNFO.
