Why do distant buildings appear blurry in Dragon's Dogma 2 with Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600?

Exploring Dragon's Dogma 2 showed distant buildings as blurry color blocks, making the screen look broken and causing anxiety about my hardware.
