Why does the loading bar freeze at 92% in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater?

Every time I entered the match loading screen, the progress bar would freeze at 92% for several seconds, which was maddening. I tried updating to the latest NVMe drivers, but it didn't solve the problem and actually slowed down my boot time, making me cautious. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to increase the depth to 128 and disabled write cache merging. Random read latency converged to 48-56ms per CDM, read latency hit 165-325ms via GamePP Sensor, and temps stayed at 46-53℃ per HWiNFO.
