Deathloop Physics Stutter Fix
Dense cloud layers in Deathloop caused frame rates to drop from 120 to 55 FPS. I tried Windows performance bias, but the physics delay remained. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set LL to L3 and voltage to 1.40V. Cinebench R23 scores hit 36500, and HWiNFO showed stable 58-64℃ temps.
