Death Stranding NVMe Queue Depth
Loading times in DEATH STRANDING were painfully long when exploring the island. I considered replacing my YMTC Zhitai Ti600 (2TB) drive, but the cost was too high. GamePP showed my NVMe queue depth was limited to 32. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to increase it to 256. CrystalDiskMark verified the improvement, showing 4K random read speeds jumping from 80MB/s to 220MB/s, and sequential read speed stable at 3500MB/s, making exploration seamless.
