Stabilizing Overclocked CPU Loads
While traversing dense cloud layers in Death Stranding 2 (PC), my Biostar B350ET2 overclocked to 5.8GHz exhibited scheduling bottlenecks. I first tried adjusting the Windows power plan to Performance mode, which improved P-Core response but failed to fix the E-Core physics latency. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set LL to L3 mode and adjusted VCCSA voltage from 1.18V to 1.23V. After fine-tuning the voltage offset, Cinebench R23 multi-core score improved from 34500 to 36800. Temperature dropped from 92℃ to 80℃, and cloud rendering frame rate stabilized at 90-105 FPS. This verify step confirmed the fix.
