Fixing CPU Frequency Jumps
Facing such a top-tier title, I had to monitor every parameter because any tiny fluctuation caused screen tearing, which was infuriating. I first tried disabling C-State in the BIOS; while it stopped the jumps, idle power soared and temps rose by 10℃, which was a desperate move. I entered the GamePP Power Plan Switcher and forced High Performance mode while optimizing core parking. RTSS monitoring showed frame intervals converged to 11-17ms, and HWInfo confirmed CPU temperatures remained at 68-76℃ while CPU-Z showed stable clocking.
