Sapphire RX 9070 XT Stability
In the bustling towns of England, my frame rate would suddenly tank from 90 to 20, accompanied by a jarring micro-freeze. I tried enabling 'Ultimate Performance' in the driver panel; while peak FPS rose, the frequency of the drops actually increased, making me very cautious. I used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection Tool to find an I/O conflict with lighting software. RTSS showed frame times stabilized at 11-14ms, GPU-Z confirmed 2550-2600MHz, and AIDA64 recorded 64-71℃. Time to verify
