Memory Timing & Voltage Fix
Frame rate dropped from 144 to 90 FPS during combat, and forums blamed the RZ820 fan dust. I cleaned the fan with compressed air, which worsened the frame drops and caused annoying bearing noise. The real issue was memory timing instability. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor Page to identify the tRCD parameter issue and relaxed it from 18 to 20 via the BIOS voltage wizard. Per RTSS, frame generation time converged to 6-8ms, and frame rate stabilized at 140-144 FPS. CPU temperature stayed at 62℃. This revert clears the bottleneck.
