WoW CPU Overheating Solution
In crowded cities like Valdrakken, the frame rate often drops from 100 to 30, which is absolutely maddening when trying to trade. I tried switching the system to Power Saver mode to reduce heat, but the FPS halved to 20, a self-deceiving method that made me angry. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to force the fan speed to 90% at 70℃ and set aggressive thresholds. Max temperature dropped to 81-84℃ per HWiNFO64, city FPS stabilized at 75-88 per RTSS, and fan speed hit 1800 RPM per GamePP.
