Fix Rainbow Six Extraction Stutter on RX 9070 XT
Traversing cloud layers in Rainbow Six Extraction dropped my FPS from 115 to 48. 3DMark showed E-Core load imbalance due to heat. I tried Windows Performance mode, but it didn't fix the physics latency. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to push the fan from 1300 to 1900 RPM and lowered the threshold to 70°C. 3DMark multi-core scores improved to 35000 points. Temperatures stabilized, and frame rates returned to 95-112 FPS. I backed up this fan curve to ensure long-term stability and prevent future throttling issues during intense raids.
