How to stabilize memory overclock for The Last of Us II PC?

I tried the 'Auto-OC' button in the BIOS first, which resulted in three consecutive Blue Screens of Death and nearly pushed me to the brink of insanity. Realizing the presets were trash, I went manual. In the voltage control panel, I nudged the core voltage offset from 0 to +0.025V and engaged the dynamic frequency guard. Based on Report 2025-TLOU-S, at 3600MHz, the peak memory temperature stayed under 62C, safely below the throttle limit. Quantifiable results showed the 1% lows climbed from a choppy 32 FPS to a much smoother 41 FPS. The tuning process was tedious and I still experience slight memory latency in certain scenes, but the fluidity gain is undeniable. Large rendering scenes are finally smooth.
