Fix TLOU1 Physics Lag
Crossing dense cloud layers dropped my FPS from 120 to 48. It was awful. I tried setting Windows power plan to Performance, but the physics lag remained. I used the GamePP BIOS Voltage Tuning Wizard to set Load-Line to L3. I adjusted VCCSA voltage from 1.20V to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 showed multi-core score rising from 35800 to 37200. HWiNFO showed temps dropping to 78-84℃. My Kioxia EXCERIA G2 2TB PCIe 3.0 NVMe M.2 SSD loads fast. The physics are stable now.
