CPU Thermal Management
It was unbearable; despite using a dual-tower cooler, the CPU hit 98℃ during firefights, causing a fatal drop to 3.2GHz per GamePP. I tried enabling 'Full Speed' mode in BIOS, but the noise was like a helicopter and temperature only dropped by 4℃ per AIDA64. I then used GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to set a stepped increase to 1800 RPM between 75-90℃. CPU temperature stabilized at 72-78℃ per AIDA64, and minimum FPS rose to 58 per RTSS, with power at 115-125W per GamePP.
