Stabilizing Combat Frame Rates

It was incomprehensible why my frame rate would instantly tank from 60 to 30 FPS during complex lighting scenes. I tried increasing the core offset frequency to force more performance, but the game just crashed twice in ten minutes. I used the GamePP Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set L3 mode and adjusted the Vcore to 1.08V per HWInfo. A pressure test then confirmed the core frequency was rock solid at 1750 MHz per GPU-Z, and AIDA64 showed VRAM usage stable at 8-10 GB with a steady 68℃ temp per HWMonitor.
